The agreed clean includes kitchens, bathrooms, floors, skirting boards, internal windows and sills, inside cupboards and wardrobes, ovens and household appliances. Tell us about any particular requirements when requesting your quote so we can agree the cleaning needed for your property.

If your letting agent identifies anything missed in the agreed clean, we'll return to put it right free of charge. Contact us with the details and photos so we can arrange the return. This covers missed cleaning from our visit; additional work and anything dirtied or damaged afterwards are outside the guarantee.

Carpet cleaning is available as an optional extra for £20 alongside your end-of-tenancy clean. Mention it when requesting your quote so we can include it in your booking.

Contact us as soon as you know your moving date. Arrange the clean after your belongings have been removed and before your checkout inspection or key handover. If you need a last-minute appointment, contact us to check availability.

Yes, a cleaning receipt is available for you to give to your landlord or letting agent as confirmation that the clean has been carried out.

No. The cleaners bring their own cleaning products and equipment. Please make sure they can access the property and that water and electricity are available.
